1. Free Consultation

Taki Dent offers complimentary initial consultations (online or in-person) during which preliminary treatment recommendations and cost estimates are provided based on the information shared by the patient. These preliminary estimates are non-binding and subject to confirmation following an in-person clinical examination, including diagnostic imaging where indicated. No treatment is commenced, and no fee is charged, until a final treatment plan is agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Treatment Plans and Pricing

Final treatment plans, including a detailed breakdown of costs, are presented to the patient following a comprehensive clinical examination. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR), with Pound Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD), and Turkish Lira (TRY) accepted at the clinic's prevailing exchange rate. Treatment plans are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Taki Dent reserves the right to revise a treatment plan if a patient's clinical condition changes between the date of planning and the commencement of treatment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Treatment appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp or email. We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. While no cancellation fee is charged, repeated missed appointments may affect treatment scheduling for international patients with limited stay durations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY), by credit/debit card, or via bank transfer. For extensive treatment plans, a deposit may be requested to secure appointments and laboratory work. The remaining balance is typically settled on the day of treatment or according to a schedule agreed upon in advance. All payments are receipted.

5. Treatment Guarantees

Many treatments at Taki Dent are covered by a written guarantee, the terms of which are specific to the procedure performed. Implant-supported restorations, crowns, and veneers typically carry a guarantee of 5-10 years, subject to regular maintenance and good oral hygiene. Guarantee terms are documented in the patient's treatment agreement. Guarantees do not cover damage resulting from trauma, neglect, poor oral hygiene, or failure to attend recommended follow-up appointments.

6. Aftercare and Follow-Up

Taki Dent provides remote aftercare support via WhatsApp and email following treatment. Patients are encouraged to attend regular dental check-ups in their home country and to maintain good oral hygiene. Should a patient experience any issue related to their treatment, our clinical team will assess the situation remotely and advise on appropriate next steps.
